|Payment|
We accept PayPal payment in US Dollars. PayPal is super safe and secure, and we trust it with all of our own purchases.
You do not need a PayPal Account to pay for your items through PayPal:
You can choose the PayPal Option during checkout. After you submit your order click the "Pay Now" button. On the right hand side of the next page you will see 2 options, the 2nd one is to pay using a Credit or Debit Card WITHOUT having to sign up for a PayPal account.

Payment must be made in full and have cleared before the item is shipped. If you are having any issues with PayPal, contact us, and we will assist you in any way that we can.
If you're placing a custom order that requires special ordered fabric or other supplies, the fabric and any other necessary supplies will be ordered as soon as payment is received.
|Shipping|
Not only do we find uses for almost all of our scraps and have very little waste, final products are lovingly wrapped in reused or recycled tissue paper and packaged in reused or recycled boxes that fit the item(s) being shipped.
All orders are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS), unless otherwise discussed and specified. Expedited shipping and insurance is available for an additional charge. Please contact us if this is something you are interested in. We know sometimes orders are needed quickly, and we are happy to work with you.
ATTENTION INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: Orders are typically sent via First Class Mail. First Class Mail is quite reliable and is the most economical. HOWEVER...it also has the fewest services attached. First Class Mail has a tracking number, but that number is often not scanned by postage handlers outside the USA. That only means that we may not be able to watch the progress of your package at each stop along the way. International First Class Mail, depending on where you're located, can take two to four weeks to arrive.
Another option to consider is International Priority Mail. It is more expensive, but includes a reliable tracking number and insurance. Packages typically arrive (for most countries) in six to ten business days (although this estimate is not guaranteed). This method of mailing also includes insurance. If you are interested in upgrading your postage to International Priority Mail, please contact us for a quote.
Customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer. We are required to declare the actual value of the order on the customs form.
|Refunds and Exchanges|
All of our products are handmade with love, and your satisfaction is extremely important to us. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your order, we will refund of the cost of the item if the item is returned in mint condition within 14 days of purchase. Buyer is responsible for return postage.
We're sorry, but at this time we cannot accept refunds or exchanges for custom orders; please purchase seriously and communicate openly throughout the custom order process.
